Membership:
Any person of good character interested in philately may become a member. Application for membership must be in writing. While the fiscal and membership year begins on January 1, we do not prorate dues.
If application is not accepted any accompanying fees will be refunded. Notice of application will be posted at the clubhouse and will be voted on at the next Board of Governors meeting following the receipt of same.

The 2009 dues for membership to the Baltimore Philatelic Society are:
$10.00.
All applicants must furnish references either philatelic or financial. Proposal by a current member, in good standing, is also desired. All funds must be paid in U. S. currency.
